Refund policy
Return / Exchange Policy:
Customers have a 7 to 14 day window to return an item to us that begins the day your item was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we can not accept it.
Refunds (if applicable): Returned items received within 7 days from delivery date will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, any shipping fees charged to you will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable): Items received between 8 and 14 days from the delivery date will receive a store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: All Masunaga Masters Of Craft (MOC) are non-returnable due to their limited production.
To return an item purchased online, contact us by phone or email to begin the return process. You are responsible for returning your item to us. As a courtesy we can provide a return shipping label for domestic returns only upon request for a fee of $20. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The returned merchandise must be received by us no more than 14 days from your delivery date, including but not limited to frame case, cleaning cloths, authenticity cards, and any other materials included in your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn or adjusted. Worn or damaged merchandise may be returned to the sender or may incur a restocking fee. Once we inspect the merchandise and verify it is still in new condition, we will promptly issue store credit or refund according to the guidelines above.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of all orders that total more than $1,000.
Returns outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted.
Sale Items Marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable items.
For lost or missing packages, after an investigation is done, a replacement item will be provided of equal value. Lost packages are not eligible for a refund.
Prescription Lenses: We can not accept returns of prescription lenses. If a frame with prescription lenses is purchased, we can refund the frame cost only according to the frame returns guidelines. Once an order has been placed for prescription lenses, we can not cancel or stop the order.
Returned Non-prescription custom Polarized, tinted, or reading lenses will received a 50% refund only.
Packaging For Returns: When returning merchandise for a refund, it is very important that the packaging is sturdy with plenty of padding. We cannot be responsible for merchandise that is damaged during shipping due to improper packaging, and therefore we will not issue a refund for it.
Warranties: Some items carry a manufacturers warranty, and may be replaced if they are found to be defective. Replacements can not be made for items that have been damaged. For replacements please send us an email to youreyes@hicksbrunson.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
International Shipping
Please read carefully when ordering outside the U.S. International shipping times vary greatly by country. Each country has its own importing, VAT, or customs and tariff fees. It is your responsibility to understand how these fees will apply to your package once it reaches your country. Your package will be marked with its correct retail value, and will be subject to any applicable fees imposed by your country.
